Asphalt Paving Company, in Athens, Ohio. They specialized in tennis
court construction and resurfacing.
Bill came to Florida in 1984 and started the Court King resurfacing tennis court business based in Valrico, Florida and has been resurfacing tennis, basketball and shuffleboard courts since then. In 1994 Bill entered an agreement with Welch Tennis Courts, Inc. to subcontract resurfacing their hard courts. In January of 2009 Bill decided to re-start his business independently. His motto is to guarantee the highest quality workmanship - giving free estimates and state of the art work. Bill also sells accessories for tennis, basketball and shuffleboard courts, so check him out when you need a new net, hoop and so on.
